Bryce Harper's Hair Is Still Styled Post-Surgery

Nats outfield Bryce Harper underwent surgery today to repair a torn ligament in his thumb, suffered sliding head-first. He just tweeted out this photo from recovery:

So...did he have surgeons put the gel in his hair during the operation? Did he do it himself first-thing once it was over? Did his family do it because if Harper woke up and saw his natural hair in the mirror, he'd suffer an acute attack of prosopagnosia?

Harper could miss two months with the thumb injury. The hair is ready to go right now.
