Bucks F Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) to miss fourth straight game

Milwaukee Bucks star forward Giannis Antetokounmpo has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the visiting Philadelphia 76ers due to his left calf strain.
The two-time MVP will miss his fourth straight game. The first was due to a right knee injury and the following three are due to the calf.
Antetokounmpo hasn't played since Feb. 2, when he saw 37 minutes of action in a 132-119 home loss to the Memphis Grizzlies. He had 30 points, 11 rebounds and seven assists.
He ranks second in the NBA in scoring (31.8 points per game) and fifth in rebounding (12.2) in 41 games and was recently chosen to his ninth consecutive All-Star Game.
As for the 76ers, star center Joel Embiid (left knee) is questionable. The former MVP has seen action in just 15 games this season and is averaging 24.6 points and 8.1 rebounds.
