Cavaliers Lose Kevin Love In First Quarter With Head Injury
Kevin Love, who has a history of brain injuries in the NBA, left tonight’s Game 6 against the Celtics just five minutes into the game after a collision with Jayson Tatum left him suffering with what looks like yet another head injury.
