Chargers RB Melvin Gordon Carted Off With Hip Injury After Trying To Recover Fumble
San Diego Chargers running back Melvin Gordon was carted off the field after getting injured at the bottom of a pile in the first quarter today against the Carolina Panthers.
On first down, Philip Rivers was sacked and fumbled the ball. Gordon dove for a recovery, and ended up with his leg bent in an awkward position under a few Panthers players.
The Chargers said that it was a hip injury, and Gordon is questionable to return.
