Daughter of former WWE, UFC champ Brock Lesnar sets shotput record
source: Getty Images The Lesnar name is synonymous with the WWE and UFC ring, but former heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar’s daughter Mya is creating a legacy for herself in the collegiate track and field space.
Lesnar made history on Dec. 6, after breaking Colorado State’s school record for shot put. She threw the ball 18.5 meters and called it a “strong start to the season” in her caption on Instagram.
Lesnar is a junior on CSU’s track and field team and is in her first year with the Rams. The Alexandria, Minnesota native spent her freshman and sophomore year at Arizona State University before transferring.
The previous record on the shot put was 17.5 according to the school’s athletic website. She also currently leads the nation in the shot put.
Mya is the daughter of Brock Lesnar and Nicole Bjerke, according to her bio. Brock is a former NCAA heavyweight, WWE and UFC champion. The 46-year-old hasn’t stepped foot in the squared circle since August.
