Marc Gasol's Slick Passing Is A Delight In Any Competition

Spain’s wonderful Gasol-led national team today took on a Czech Republic squad that was distressingly overpowered given the presence of Wizards’ backup and future All-NBA guard Tomas Satoransky. This was a Eurobasket group stage match, played in Romania.

Spain leapt out to a huge 23-9 lead in the first quarter and never looked back. Pau finished with the more dominant line, putting up 26 points and eight rebounds in 20 minutes of action, but Marc had the slicker highlight dish. Satoransky shot 3-of-12 and finished minus-24, which will make his ascent to the upper echelon of NBA point guards this season all the more impressive.
