New Orleans Saints interested in hiring assclown Jon Gruden

Gruden visited with Saints officials during Week 17, attending a team meeting and dining with staff, including EVP and GM Mickey Loomis, according to NOLA.com.
If Gruden doesn’t land a head coaching gig, there’s mutual interest in him joining the Saints’ staff, NOLA.com, citing a source, reported.
Asked about making any changes to the Saints offensive coaching staff, Dennis Allen, who expects to return next season, wouldn’t go into specifics.
Head coach Dennis Allen did not talk about the specifics when asked at his end-of-season press conference other than that they would look at all of their options as they meet to evaluate the 2023 season.
“I’m not going to go into any of those details in terms of what changes will occur,” Allen told reporters during his end-of-season press conference. “But there’s things that will have to be different.
“We always consider new ideas,” Allen said. “I do think there’s some things that we do offensively that have proven to work in our league, and I think we want to keep some of those things. And yet, I think we maybe need to look at how we can do things differently, too.”
Gruden hasn’t coached since his October 2021 resignation. Gruden sued the league and commissioner Roger Goodell over it, saying that the leaks tarnished his reputation and ruined his career.
At the time, he was the head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders. His quarterback was Derek Carr, who is now in the Big Easy. Carr threw for over 4,000 yards in each season under Chucky, while also posting his highest passer efficiency ratings in 2019 and 2020.
Gruden won a Super Bowl as the head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and had coached the Raiders previously from 1998-2001.
