Darko Rajakovic using food as Raptors' motivator

The Raptors, who are currently 9-11, are looking to have their first three-game win streak of the season. To try and inspire the winning spirit, he offered to buy the whole team and all of the staff supper. Perhaps an unconventional approach to fostering success on the court, but a nice meal has the potential to turn things around.
Pascal Siakam is skeptical about this idea, but Rajakovic is sticking by his decision to try and create consistency.
“That’s something I took very to heart, to be honest with you,” Rajakovic said. “When I announced that, Pascal said, ‘Yeah, the team is gonna pay for that.’ He thinks I’m cheap, and that’s not true. Once we get three wins in a row, I’m taking players and staff to dinner, and it’s gonna be out of my pocket.”
