FC Cincinnati announced the signing of French forward Kenji Mboma Dem to a first-team contract on Saturday.

The 23-year-old is under contract through 2025 with team options spanning 2026-28.

Mboma Dem has 10 goals and eight assists in 27 matches at MLS NEXT Pro affiliate FC Cincinnati 2 since April of 2024.

"He's earned this opportunity through his consistency in training, hunger to improve, and performances on the field," general manager Chris Albright said in a news release.

Cincinnati selected Mboma Dem in the second round (No. 56 overall) of the 2024 MLS SuperDraft. He played college soccer at Dayton and Nebraska-Omaha.
