Screencap [object Object] Ian Desmond entered this year as a cautionary tale about the perils of turning down big money and betting on yourself, but the man has been revitalized as an outfielder for the Rangers. He’s hitting .310 and has a WAR of 2.1. Desmond also made one of the best throws of the season this evening to nab Jason Castro at the plate.
