Jack Eichel was drafted fewer than four months ago, and he’s already The Truth. It’s not just that he scored his second goal in three games this afternoon, or even that it was a nice tight-angled snipe. Look how Eichel uses all 74 inches, 200 pounds of his body to keep the puck—that by all rights should’ve been cleared—in the zone, shrug off his defender, and score.
