Jaguars re-signing CB Montaric Brown to 3-year, $33M deal

[Corey Perrine/Florida Times-Union] The Jacksonville Jaguars agreed to terms with cornerback Montaric Brown on a three-year, $33 million contract on Monday.
Brown, 26, a seventh-round draft pick in 2022, was set to enter free agency before agreeing to the deal confirmed to ESPN by his agents at Milk & Honey Sports.
He led the Jaguars with 12 passes defensed and collected two interceptions in 15 games (12 starts) last season, adding 51 tackles. His 69.6 pass rating in coverage ranked sixth among NFL cornerbacks with at least 200 snaps in coverage, per ESPN's Next Gen Stats.
Brown has three interceptions, 24 passes defensed and 166 tackles in 52 career games (29 starts).
