Jon Heyman's Fingers Are Interfering With His MLB Scoops
Fancred baseball scoopster Jon Heyman was either overwhelmed by the Brewers’ trade for reliever Joakim Soria, or his fingers were covered in Horsey sauce, because he had a lot of trouble reporting out the transaction.
Heyman’s method of capitalizing proper nouns has always been impossible to follow—does autocorrect lead him astray?—but this was a step beyond that. The reporter initially credited Sen. Dianne Feinstein with the Soria-to-Milwaukee scoop. Damn, she’s governing and paying attention to the trade deadline.
He actually meant MLB.com’s Mark Feinsand:
Okay, it’s been corrected. Now what are the White Sox getting in return?
Gross. Let’s fix that.
Dammit. On to the next trade.
