Demba Ba was slow to start his 2011-2012 campaign and then disappeared entirely from Newcastle United's scoresheet after the month of February. It deprived us glorious goals like this one he scored against Manchester United in February.
Fortunately for fans of the Senegalese striker (or neat goals in general) Ba got this season started in a hurry, with a goal to put Newcastle up 1-0 on Tottenham Hotspur. It set the Geordies into a frenzy and left fans of English soccer hoping that maybe Ba could bring the drama a bit more consistently in 2012-2013. [Fox Soccer]
