Neymar Sucks At Baseball

Barcelona forward Neymar is currently spending part of what passes for an offseason (in just a few weeks he’ll be off training with the national team for the Olympics) here in New York City. Like many a soccer star visiting the states, Neymar has dabbled in the local sports culture, taking in a Mets game and even trying his hand at the national pastime. Not to great effect, as it turns out:

He was a little more effective with his feet:

Thankfully, Neymar is still really young and his English isn’t great yet, so we’ve been spared the other international-soccer-star-comes-to-the-U.S. ritual of hearing about how he’d love to play in MLS one day.
