Pac-12 Reprimands Officials Who Botched End Of Wisconsin-ASU Game
Pac-12 commissioner Larry Scott is sanctioning the crew that officiated Saturday's disaster of a game at Arizona State for "failing to properly administer the end of game situation."
Scott's statement alleges the crew's performance "fell short of the high standard in which Pac-12 games should be managed," which we find amusing because Pac-12 games have never been managed at a high standard. After all, this is the conference that featured bounty-offering basketball refs and an independent study that contradicted itself on the existence of said bounties.
Meanwhile, the Big Ten is going about its business considering it a win for the Badgers.
