Phuc Kieu Freed

Back in November, Gainesville, Fla., police alleged that a man named Phuc Kieu had tried to rape and rob a man. What we didn't know until now is that a few days later, cops discovered that the accuser made up the whole story.

Jeremy Foster, who accused Kieu of trying to sexually assault and rob him, was arrested and charged with filing a false police report after the surveillance footage cleared Kieu. Kieu was released from jail and all charges were dropped.

Phuc X. Kieu's name, however, is still very real.
