Police: Drunk 13-Year-Old Drove Around Car Full Of Kids

A 13-year-old driving a car full of kids around Wisconsin is strange and cheeky, but a drunk 13-year-old?

The unnamed drunk girl's joy ride was halted by police Wednesday night because she was driving her mother's car without the headlights on. The officer (presumably) thought, "Hey, this person's kinda small," and asked for her driver's license. The girl did not have one, because she's 13, and at that point, the officer (presumably) thought, "Hey, this person's kinda drunk."

The girl failed field sobriety tests, and was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

There were five other kids in the car, all under the age of 14, including one reported as a runaway. They were all reunited with their families.

Don't drink and drive and be 13.
