Mandatory Credit: Eric Hartline-Imagn Images Philadelphia Eagles right tackle Lane Johnson is going on injured reserve with a Lisfranc sprain in his foot, multiple outlets reported Monday.
The injury could sideline the six-time Pro Bowl selection for four to six weeks, per NFL Network.
The IR move means he would miss at least the next four games: Week 12 at Dallas, Week 13 vs. Chicago, Week 14 at Los Angeles Chargers and Week 15 vs. Las Vegas.
Johnson, 35, started Sunday night's 16-9 win against the Detroit Lions but played only 14 snaps before being ruled out for the game.
It has been a painful year for the two-time Super Bowl champion and two-time first-team All-Pro, who is in his 13th season with Philadelphia. He previously dealt with neck, shoulder and ankle injuries but has started all 10 games for the NFC East-leading Eagles (8-2).
Fred Johnson, 28, has played well in Lane Johnson's absences this season and will likely be in the starting lineup for Sunday's visit with the rival Cowboys.
Lane Johnson has started 168 regular-season games and 15 playoff contests since Philadelphia drafted him with the No. 4 overall pick in 2013.
