Rob Gronkowski Is Flipping His Tampa Party Mansion
Looks like the party's over at the Gronk House.
Gronk's 4,781-square-foot bachelor pad has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, bay views, a boat dock, a pool, a spa, two fire pits, and lots of other rich-guy stuff. Gronk paid $1.6 million for it last November, a few months after signing his big contract extension with the Patriots. Busted Coverage, citing a real estate website, says he recently put it on the market. We've confirmed that the address matches one of those registered for Gronk Nation LLC.
More photos of the Gronk House can be found here. The house is listed for $2.4 million. Interested buyers might want to begin negotiations after first doing a sweep with a black light.
