Sad NBA Promotion: Bucks Send Ping Pong Balls To Fans

I don't think I understand this. The Milwaukee Bucks, who finished with the worst record in the NBA this season, sent these ping pong balls to a select group of fans because...something.

Is this meant to get Bucks fans excited about the fact that their team has a 25 percent chance to win the draft lottery? That's not exactly a guarantee! And "Own the future. Win the lottery" feels like a command. There's nothing these poor fans can do about the lottery or the future!

This should make a few Milwaukee college bros happy, though. New beer pong ball!
