Both home runs came against New York starting pitcher Clay Holmes (5-3) in the fifth inning. Narvaez opened the scoring when he led off the inning with his fifth home run of the season, and Devers hit his 10th homer with one out to make it 2-0.
New York has lost three games in a row, and five of its last six.
Boston starting pitcher Walker Buehler and manager Alex Cora were both ejected by home plate umpire Mike Estabrook with one out in the top of the third after Buehler questioned a pitch that was called a ball.
Buehler threw 52 pitches (29 strikes) and struck out four in his first start since coming off the injured list. He didn't allow a hit in his 2 1/3 innings, but walked two and hit two batters.
Boston used seven pitchers in the game. Garrett Whitlock (2-0) was credited with the win for tossing one scoreless inning. He allowed two hits and struck out one. Aroldis Chapman threw six pitches in the ninth to earn his eighth save.
Holmes (5-3) took the loss despite holding Boston to two runs on four hits in six innings. He walked three and struck out five.
Boston had five hits in the win. In addition to the two home runs, the Red Sox received singles from Wilyer Abreu, Trevor Story and Alex Bregman.
The Mets were limited to four hits, singles by Francisco Lindor, Juan Soto and Tyrone Taylor and a double by Mark Viento. The Mets stranded seven baserunners and were 0-for-7 with runners in scoring position.
The Red Sox have won the first two games of the three-game series. Boston prevailed 3-1 on Monday.
