Is getting a therapeutic use exemption to take extra testosterone purely based on hormone levels, and MLB doesn't care what sort of chemical abuse led to that deficit? If so, why did only one other player receive the same exemption as Rodriguez in 2007? Did MLB know Rodriguez had tested positive four years earlier? Why did Rodriguez stop seeking TUEs for the good stuff just to turn to illegal and weaker sources? How awkward is it going to be for everyone when he comes back next year?
