Someone Sent A Goat's Head To Wrigley Field

So, Cubs fans are not what one would call "stable." This much we know because, you know, they're Cubs fans. But sending a goat's head to the owner? That's taking it to a whole new level.
A package with a goat’s head was dropped off at Wrigley, 1060 W. Addison St., addressed to Ricketts, Cubs team spokesman Julian Green said. The package was dropped off at Gate K at the field, Green said. The delivery was reported to police, he said.
Goats, for the uninitiated, hold a special place in the blackened hearts of Cubs fans. A goat is at the center of the curse that haunts the team to this day. The owner of the Billy Goat Tavern allegedly put a curse on the Cubs back in 1945 when the team refused to allow his goat entrance to a game during the World Series.
Not quite one year ago, another goat, named Wrigley, who had walked with five human compatriots from Arizona to raise money for cancer research tried to get into a game at the stadium he's named after.
The 1,764-mile, 95-day journey from Mesa, Ariz., to Wrigley Field ended Tuesday for five guys and a goat.
Then came the hard part: getting the goat inside the ballpark he's named after.
It failed, as the Cubs denied them permission.
Goats are now 0-3 against Cubs security.
