Steve Francis Gets Choked Out With His Own Chain At A Rap Show

When we last checked in on former NBA player Steve Francis, he was sadly pouring booze on himself at the club. This latest chapter in the post-basketball life of Steve Francis sees him getting his chain stolen at a rap show in Houston this past weekend.

The video's somewhat of a blur in real-time, but the slow-mo shows what happened: During the onstage fight, someone tried to snatch Francis's chain, but it didn't come off. Francis fell to the ground, and the thief basically choked him out with his own chain.

Stevie. Please stop going to the club. You're 38. We're genuinely concerned about you.

According to TMZ, police weren't called to the scene.
