OKLAHOMA CITY - Lauren Allred hit a shallow fly to right in the bottom of the seventh and Mihyia Davis raced across to score the game-winning run to give No. 12 Texas Tech a 3-2 walk-off win over four-time defending champion Oklahoma in the Women's College World Series on Monday.

The win sends the Red Raiders to the best-of-three WCWS Championship Series against Texas, which begins Wednesday.

The No. 2 Sooners' season ends at 52-9.

Oklahoma was down to its last strike in the seventh, and looked headed for their first shutout defeat in exactly six years.

But with a runner on and a 0-2 count, Abigale Dayton jumped on NiJaree Canady's 100th pitch of the game, driving it out to right center to tie the game and keep Oklahoma's hopes of a fifth consecutive WCWS title alive.

The Red Raiders (53-12) answered right back, with Davis reaching on a single up the middle with one out off Sam Landry (25-6) before Hailey Toney moved her to third with a double.

After a long conference, Allred sent the first pitch toward Sooners' right fielder Sydney Barker, who fired home but not nearly in time to get Davis at the plate.

Canady (33-5) allowed just five hits and struck out eight.
