The Claim That Laurie Fine Had Sex With Syracuse Players Is Now In The Court Record

Don't say we didn't tell you about this two months ago. Now Bobby Davis has filed an affidavit in New York Supreme Court claiming that Laurie Fine, wife of Syracuse assistant Bernie Fine, semi-openly carried on sexual relationships with members of the basketball team, even comparing penis sizes with another coach's wife.

Davis claims he drove Laurie Fine to a player's apartment, where she entered his bedroom. Later the player emerged pumping his fist and bragging about having sex with a coach's wife. On another occasion, according to Davis, he overheard Laurie Fine and another assistant coach's wife talking about performing oral sex on players, and discussing their "physical attributes."

The filing is an attempt to discredit Jim Boeheim. Davis and stepbrother Mike Lang are suing Boeheim for defamation, after he dismissed their claims of sexual abuse at the hands of Bernie Fine, calling them liars and saying they were just out for money. Yesterday's affidavit, first reported by the is intended to show that Boeheim would have known everything that was going on in his program, and did nothing to stop it.

"I believe Boeheim deliberately chose to ignore what he knew was improper behavior, or actually knew precisely what was happening and did nothing to intervene," Davis said in the affidavit.

"It is not only Fine's relationship with me and other boys that would have tipped Boeheim off. For years, Bernie Fine's wife Laurie Fine had sexual relationships with basketball team players. Players used to talk openly about it as a known fact."
