Tony Gonzalez's House Comes With Its Own Porsche
Crazy Uncle Tony's got a beachfront home, priced to move! These deals won't come around again, so act now! He'll even throw in a brand new Porsche! So do we have ourselves a deal, or what?
Gonzalez has been trying to sell his Manhattan Beach house (4 bed, 4 bath) for a year now. It must be a seller's market, because he's dropped his asking price to $3.6 million, and he's willing to add a brand new Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet, valued at $144,000. How can you turn this down?
I totally gutted the house when I bought it," said Gonzalez, who purchased the property in 2003 for $1,575,000, according to public records. "It was amazing to see the transformation from what it was to what it is now."
The home's 3,725 square feet of living space include two living rooms, an upgraded kitchen, a dining room, a bar, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The master bedroom suite was expanded to feature a fireplace and patio. There is a hot tub and a four-car garage.
"It broke my heart to let the house go," Gonzalez said, "but we have a family now and wanted to move closer to the grandparents down in Huntington Beach."
Not mentioned: the home is hideously ugly. But at least it comes with that four-car garage, so you can be that asshole with the bumper sticker that says "My other car is also a Porsche."
