Villanova Beats Michigan Thanks To Brilliant JayVaughn Pinkston Block
Tonight's battle between ranked teams in Brooklyn went Villanova's way after Michigan's potential game-winning dunk was rejected by the Wildcats' JayVaughn Pinkston.
Pinkston had, just seconds earlier, hit what proved to be the winning score for Villanova, and his play on this otherwise-perfect Michigan inbound play is astounding, as he tracks the pass to Zak Irvin and beats the ball to the rim.
Michigan took its first loss on the season, while Villanova moved to 5-0.
