Watch Jason Kidd Play Mind Games With Joe Johnson
This is a cool moment from last night's triple-OT thriller between the Bucks and Nets. Just before the last possession of the second overtime, cameras caught Bucks (and former Nets) head coach Jason Kidd going at the Nets' huddle with some well-timed chirping.
"We know it's going to Joe," you can see him saying, letting the Nets know that his guys were ready for one of Joe Johnson's patented iso-Joe plays. Then he looks directly at Johnson: "We know it's coming to you!"
And then Johnson went out there, isolated, got swallowed whole by Giannis Antetokounmpo, and threw up an ugly shot that didn't even touch rim. You certainly can't give Kidd all the credit for the miss, but a little shit-talking never hurts.
