We're So Sorry, London
Don't judge us by our expendable football teams.
The fearsome Jaguars logo is ruining the Tower of London as we speak. Call it residual bitterness for 1812.
San Francisco takes on Jacksonville at Wembley on Sunday, and just as in the past few years, it's not hard to guess which is the designated home team. (Since 2011: Chicago "at" Tampa Bay, New England "at" St. Louis, Pittsburgh "at" Minnesota.) They're the teams that don't have the leverage to stop the NFL from taking away a home game.
Get used to it, London: the Jaguars are scheduled to host an annual UK game through at least 2016. Give us Bermuda and maybe we'll think about sending them to Los Angeles instead.
