Your Dolphins-Jets Monday Night Football Open Thread
OK, we could go through the farce of pretending that this is an interesting game between two division rivals, and noting that although the Dolphins are 0-4, they've beaten the Jets in New York each of the last two years, and that Matt Moore is a semi-competent quarterback despite the lack of fanfare surrounding him, and that the Dolphins have hung tough in every game they've been in, and their primary weakness (no pass defense) is one the Jets can't exploit, blah, blah, blah. Thing is, the Dolphins are dead, dead as though they'd been caught in tuna nets, and the Jets are one loss to Miami away from being shot through with harpoons.
Given all the sniping between the Jets' offensive line and its star wide receiver, tonight's match-up is pretty clear: it's the Jets against the Jets. The Jets are probably gonna choke.
Talk down here.
