Zach Miller Suffers Gruesome Leg Injury On Touchdown That Gets Reversed
What looked like a really nice Mitchell Trubisky touchdown pass to Zach Miller quickly turned into a double blow for the Chicago Bears, as the TD was reversed, and Miller stayed down after his left leg bent in a way that it was clearly not supposed to.
On review, officials disallowed the touchdown after deciding that Miller didn’t have complete control of the ball on his way down. It’s hard to tell exactly how they could confirm that call, but even if he couldn’t hold on through the injury, you certainly can’t blame him.
