2012 Deadspin Hall Of Fame Inductees: Virgil And Oddibe McDowell's Water Bill

Our esteemed inductees took decidedly different paths to immortality. Right from the start, Virgil's vote total far exceeded the required 75 percent threshold, making him a shoo-in. Oddibe's Water Bill, meanwhile, gained entry thanks to a furious rally in the final moments before the polls closed. Those who witnessed Oddibe's Water Bill crossing the finish line with just minutes to spare will not soon forget what transpired on that night. Today, we all bask in that excitement once more.
