If Detroit doesn't win Sunday, this Lions fan is gonna look silly

One fan, in particular, was so certain the Lions would not only win their first-ever Super Bowl, he even got a tattoo — back in August — to commemorate the hypothetical victory.
“I’ve never been more sure of anything in my life,” Alex Chepeska told CBS Detroit. “It feels like it’s our turn. It’s the most excitement I have had being a Lions fan.
“Last year, halfway through the season I think, I kind of fell in love with Dan Campbell and the whole organization which he has turned it into, after a lifetime of heartbreak,” Chepeska said to ABC 7 Detroit.
Lions players have taken notice as well. Linebacker Alex Anzelone said that the tattoo itself is a huge commitment.
“It’s awesome,” Anzalone told CBS Detroit. “But, I think the legacy that you can leave here just because of where this organization has been, you can cement your name in history here, and our opportunity is right in front of us.”
Detroit will face the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship game on Sunday. A Lions W would put them in the Big Game and a step closer to making Chepeska look like a fortune teller. If Detroit loses, he may want to think about getting his ink covered up.
