The Cincinnati Reds pitcher was throwing BP to infielder Elly De La Cruz, who hit a foul ball that went into the parking lot and smashed the glass.

De La Cruz’s response?
“You make more than me,” he quipped, per Petraglia.
The 22-year-old SS/3B is making $720,000 per year compared to Greene’s 2024 base salary of $3 million.
Greene, 24 is in his third season with the Reds. The righty signed a six-year, $53 million extension back in April.
De La Cruz made his major league debut last season and quickly became one of the most exciting players to watch.
Back in July, he stole second, third, and home — all during his teammate’s one at-bat.
In August, he also jokingly poked Shohei Ohtani to make sure the two-way star was real.
De La Cruz finished seventh in the Rookie of the Year voting. The Dominican native batted .235 with 13 home runs. He scored 67 runs, drove in 44, and stole 35 bases.
Greene went 4-7 with a 4.82 ERA. He struck out 152 batters in 112 innings pitched.
