The video you see above comes to us from John Moore, the head basketball coach at Aquinas Academy in Bear, Del., which played Tome School in the Mid-Atlantic Independent League championship game back in February. Here's John's description of what happened:
The game was tied 51-51 with seven seconds left in the first overtime when this happened. The player's name is Sam Hardy. We were the fifth seed in the conference going into the tournament and ended up winning the whole thing.
