Half-Headed Guy From That One Mugshot Films "Drugness And Driving" PSA While Smoking A Blunt

We first told you about the half-headed man a little more than a year ago, when his bust in Miami for soliciting a prostitute produced the most bizarre mug shot of all time. The Miami New Times has been trying to track him down to tell his story ever since, and they've learned he's been arrested for assorted minor offenses in his neighborhood, including the theft of a songbird from a woman's porch. The charges never stick, though, and the paper says it's probably because he has half a head. The paper has also discovered a treasure trove of YouTube videos of the man smoking weed by the river, including the one you see above, in which he explains that his condition resulted from trying to drive while high on drugs. Oh, and people call him Halfy.
