Justin Gimelstob Would Like You To Watch The Australian Open Mixed Doubles Final
Former professional tennis player and all-world manly man—as in sex-with-ladies manly man— Justin Gimelstob is at it again (here, "at it again" is open to interpretation, but most likely means "reminding you he is a thing that exists"). Gimelstob is currently an announcer for the Tennis Channel and last night tweeted this (since deleted) message to his followers, urging them all to watch him call the mixed doubles final—live!
Not sure where on the Gimelstob Line this one falls, though. Is she "a little sexpot," or maybe "a well-developed young lady?" Would she be welcome in the Stob's Biblical Friend zone? Tough to say, it's all so nuanced. Gimelstob quickly deleted the tweet, so it's safe to assume he did not intend to tweet a picture of some faceless sheila to the world his followers. Perhaps it was intended as a direct message to his "stud" brother so he could nail her. Or maybe he just chose the wrong media and meant to tweet a studio shot. Or some more Stob and Friends pics.
In other important Australian Open news, Novak Djokovic won his third straight at the event and four of his six major wins have now come at the Aussie Open. Djokovic beat Andy Murray after Murray needed five sets to beat Roger Federer on Friday night. Finally, in most important Australian Open news, Vlade Divac was in attendance and sat in fellow Serb Djokovic's box.
