After Suárez's goal-poacher opener, England came back and leveled through Wayne Rooney. England's hearts swelled in pride and hope for a chance to either hold on for a point or maybe even steal a win. Uruguay's goalkeeper Fernando Muslera booted a ball out to his forwards after an English attack. Edinson Cavani flicked the ball on to his strike partner, which somehow cleared England's entire back line. Suárez tore after the ball with his patented churning elbows and smashed the ball past Joe Hart from a tight angle.
