Man U Player Suffers "Horrific Injury That Cut To The Bone"

It wasn't quite Lawrence Taylor meets Joe Theismann's leg, but Manchester United's Nani suffered a pretty gnarly leg injury during today's 3-1 loss to Liverpool.

Seems as if Liverpool's Jamie Carragher caught his opponent on the shin with a dangerous tackle right before halftime. Nani, who initially jumped up, was taken from the field on a stretcher. The photos and stories from the hours since show why.
