Michigan State Scores Last 21 Points In Wild Cotton Bowl Win Over Baylor
What an insane game this was. Baylor and Michigan State went back and forth, battling to a quick 14-14 tie in the first quarter before the Bears' offense exploded to a 41-21 lead by the end of the third. The Baylor run included this bananas touchdown by a 390-pound player:
But then the Spartans went back to work, scoring the last 21 points of the game — all in the fourth quarter — to pull off an improbable victory. Michigan State's final score was set up by a blocked field goal that would have essentially ended the game. The Spartans then marched down the field on a drive that included a 4th-and-10 conversion before a touchdown on 3rd-and-goal.
Today has been awesome.
