Now It's Manchester United's Turn To Embarrass England With Some God-Awful Defending
I’m almost at a loss for words. Again, an English team meets a Champions League foe they should really be beating, and again they go down thanks to some horrendous defending.
Your first instinct when seeing Daniel Caligiuri’s opening goal away at Manchester United is that he has to be offside. But as the replays clearly show, he was onside by a mile thanks to Antonio Valencia’s terrible positioning. After Arsenal’s and Chelsea’s losses yesterday, the Premier League has lost five of it’s six Champions League games. If United keeps defending like this, it will be six losses for England. This is getting ridiculous.
