The defense ranked eighth in allowing 210.6 passing yards per game but was tied for 30th in yielding a 69.4 pass completion percentage and was 31st of 32 teams with five interceptions.
Henderson, 55, completed his fifth season as DB coach with the Giants and first with the additional title of defensive passing game coordinator.
He previously coached on defense with the Atlanta Falcons (2016-19), Dallas Cowboys (2012-15), Cleveland Browns (2009-11) and New York Jets (2007-08), where he began as director of player development in 2006.
