Tracy McGrady's Baseball Career Ends After About Two Months
Roughly two months after Tracy McGrady's debut as a baseball player, the former NBAer has retired. Looking back at his career, one thing's certain: Tracy McGrady was definitely a person who played minor league baseball for two months.
McGrady made his final appearance in Wednesday's Atlantic League All-Star Game. He pitched 1.1 innings, allowed a run and hit, and earned his first and only strikeout. In McGrady's career with the Sugar Land Skeeters, he pitched 6.2 innings in four starts, and allowed four hits and five runs. So, McGrady pitched to contact. Yeah, let's go with that.
