If Someone Could Attack Us, That Would Be Great
This image was lost some time after publication. We're actually surprised it took this long: Cameraman Larry Rodriguez has filed a lawsuit against Kenny Rogers and the Texas Rangers after Rogers attacked him — conveniently on camera; we've always wondered why Rogers didn't go after the guy who was actually filming — last June.
Rodriguez says he "didn't want to file a lawsuit," saying he hoped Rogers "would settle the issues." (We have a feeling that "settling" would involve slapping the cameraman again. Just a guess.) The suit alleges that Rogers was throwing baseballs at photographers the day before the attack, which, frankly, has always been one of our favorite activities too. Though we prefer poo. Anyway, Rodriguez says he was on workmen's compensation until a couple of weeks ago and is still suffering from headaches and neck pain. Hey, imagine how the camera feels.
