NYCFC Keeper Josh Saunders Smokes Head Against Goal Post

New York City FC's goalkeeper Josh Saunders suffered this ugly head injury in today's season opener against Orlando City. While corralling a free kick, an opposing player runs into him, carrying him back towards goal where he drills the back of his head into the post. Here's a GIF of the blow:

Saunders was down for a while but remained in the game which, uh, should not have been the case. And with Taylor Twellman commentating, too.
