    Round One... Is Finally Done.

    And here's how it ended:

27, Carolina: Deangelo Williams, RB, Memphis. Pretty good value here for Carolina. Unfortunately for Deangelo, being a running back for Carolina doesn't really seem like something that's all that safe to do.
28, Jacksonville: Marcedes Lewis, TE, UCLA. Well, they certainly filled a need. It may just be me, but it seems like Kyle Brady's been in the NFL forever. I think he's older than Julio Franco.
29, NY Jets: Nick Mangold, C, Ohio State. Somewhere, Chad Pennington is asking, "Now you build the offensive line? I can't even stand up without help anymore. "
30, Indianapolis: Joseph Addai, RB, LSU. I really like Addai, and his versatility. I think he'll fit in nicely in the Colts backfield, particularly on the off-chance that he's dating Cowboy Troy. They could double date.
31, Seattle: Kelly Jennings, CB, Miami (Fla). Seems like there have been a lot of good corners available in the draft.
32, NY Giants: Mathias Kiwanuka, DE, Boston College. The Giants are stockpiling pass rushers like the Knicks stockpiled undersized power forwards. I hope it works out a little better for them.
