Adebayor Leads Arsenal Past Fulham

adebayor.jpgEmmanuel Adebayor's pair of headers gave the Gunners a comfortable cushion over a downtrodden Fulham side. It was another example of the Gunners playing in an un-Arsenal-like style, but they accomplished the task with ease. Tomas Rosicky added to the scoring sheet with a goal off of a volley to make it 3-0 for the victors. Deuce converted on a header at one point, but about half of Craven Cottage was offside.

Red Devils keep the lead. Rooney and Ronaldo both scored again, and they didn't even have to pay for it this time. Manchester had a tough go of it early on against Reading, but it was just a matter of time before the goal scorers found their finishing touch.

That could have been worse. Chelsea was a bit "off" in their match with Birmingham City but the famed Belletti-to-Pizarro combination finally scored to give my Blues another signature 1-0 escape. The remain 4 points off of the pace set by the two evil clubs mentioned above.
