While the national media may be falling all over themselves to heap praise upon Ed Hochuli for his willingness to shoulder the blame for a call that was obviously his fault, Jerry Jones is not ready to let go of the matter. The Cowboys owner has taken his own personal Texas barbecue of the besieged referee to the airwaves. Despite the call in question having nothing to do with the Cowboys, the Hochuli topic came up when Jones was on the air with North Texas' 1310 The Ticket.
“You know, that guy is quick to call penalties. He’s quick to draw. He’s known for that. . . . He’s very quick. His crews call a lot of penalties. Maybe the answer is to tell people like that, ‘Keep that whistle out your mouth.’”
Come on Ed, are you going to take that shit from a decrepit old man who requires weekly chemical peels just to keep his stable of whores from running away in fear? If he calls you a quick draw on a regional radio station you need to hit him back with El Kabong!
Of course it should be noted that Jones is considered an expert in the field of what people should, and should not, put in their mouths.
